The Minister of Information, Michael Makuei, says they are expected to engage with the government line ministries on areas of cooperation.

“His majesty is coming in with a full support to support the government of South Sudan in the areas of Education, health and so forth,” Mr Makuei told journalists after an extraordinary meeting of the Council of Ministers Wednesday.

He said the King will spend three days in Juba for the bilateral talks.

The meetings are expected to end with the singing of a Memorandum of understanding between the two countries.

In attempt to isolate rebels and secure military supports, South Sudan has been engaging many countries with attempts to get favourable deals that include loans, weapons and isolation of Machar led rebels.

In latest state visit to Cairo, Salva Kiir secured what the Egyptian media reported as a “dirty deal” against Ethiopia’s man-made dam which is currently under construction.

According to insiders, Egypt and Uganda are attempting to stop the Ethiopian’s mega project allegedly to preserve and protect River Nile water.

Despite that Morocco has no boundaries with South Sudan, the Islamic North African state can invest in agriculture and many other sectors that remain untapped in South Sudan.

The purpose of his visit will be communicated in details later on or on his arrival.
